In the center of Carrara, in the secluded neighborhood of San Martino, you will find the "Studio Marmore+" Atelier, created by the late Fabrizio Lorenzani and Verena Mayer-Tasch.
Studio Marmore+ combines a sculpture workshop with various exhibition areas within its space. With this vision in mind, the atelier aims to bring back the artistic marble craftsmanship to the city and provide the community with a space for artistic and cultural expression. On one hand, there is a room dedicated to the permanent exhibition of works by the two artist owners, and on the other hand, there is an equipped space designed to host cultural events and serve as a gallery for art exhibitions by different artists in terms of form and genre.
