"Carrara... An Open-Air Museum - Civico5 Exhibition Space" is a place where photography and art enthusiasts, whether amateurs or professionals, are welcome. This cultural association, located in Carrara at via Rossi 5 (Historic Center), was created to promote the art of photography.

The mission of "Carrara... An Open-Air Museum - Civico5 Exhibition Space" is to primarily enhance Carrara, its territory, and its marble through the photographs taken by its founder - photographer Massimo Susini - and through its permanent exhibitions on-site.

Additionally, they offer photography courses, both basic and advanced levels, Lightroom post-production courses, thematic workshops such as Portrait, Landscape, Still Life, Street Photography, analog darkroom, photography courses for children, and more. Each topic is presented in an easily understandable manner, drawing on the experience of professional photographers and emerging talents. Moreover, the venue provides an updated library for those who wish to consult or delve into photography-related topics.
